Madone 5.5 H2 (Compact) rider review

Oct 2023 · Mark Ritchie

At ~ 17 lbs (7.11Kg) it is anywhere from 10 to 20 lbs lighter than my other rides. For that reason getting on this feels like riding lightning. Fast

Highs
  • Gorgeous to look at, fast to ride, everything I want in a road bike. Would not be do-all bike for me, but it doesn't have to be.

Lows
  • So pretty I can only ride it in nice weather. Also no disc brakes but, meh.
