Summary
The SCOR 2030 is a highly versatile trail bike that excels in both climbing and descending, offering a playful and efficient ride. Its suspension performance is praised for being more capable than expected from a 120mm bike, providing excellent grip and control. However, some reviews note limitations in rear end stiffness and stock tire durability.
Playful and efficient ride
Excellent suspension performance
Versatile for various riding conditions
Lightweight and agile
Adjustable head angle for customization
Rear end flex may be noticeable for heavier riders
Stock tires with EXO casing may not be sufficient for all trail conditions

Scor developed the 2030 to be a fun-focussed trail bike where 'shredability meets pedalability'.
The 2030 is a bike for everyday trail riding that blends efficiency and shred into one of the most entertaining and rewarding bikes on the planet.Bicycling
SCOR really wants people to see this bike as a highly thrashable ride, but I simply must emphasize how well this thing climbs too.

What comes to mind when you picture a 120mm mountain bike? Lycra? XC podiums? Well you're going to have to throw that all ...

Dec 2024 · Ron Koch
On paper it sounds like an ordinary trail bike, but the enduro-inspired geometry and choice components let this bike earn the cliche and overused therm "punch above its class."

If riding the 2030 doesn't make you smile, you might be dead inside.

Scor’s 2030 120mm trail bike is a playful trail ripper that punches way harder on the descents than you would expect, but only if you can harness its agility
Extremely playful on the trail
Impressively composed suspension performance
Internal frame storage
Adjustable head angle
Reliable spec (minus tires)
Short rear end demands precise body positioning for front end grip
Internal storage hatch rattles
Recommended suspension settings are firm, lacking traction and control
EXO tires offer minimal puncture protection

As a general duty light trail machine, the SCOR 2030 GX offers more capability than a 120mm rear end machine has any right to.

Short travel, long, low and slack bike from Scor gets the North Shore treatment

Oct 2023 · Steve Fisher
SCOR's 2030 is a short travel trail bike long travel riders would love, with its progressive suspension tune and slack head tube.

Every time a shorter travel bike rolls into Freehub Media headquarters, I can’t help but get a little bit excited. My one-bike quiver is a 170-millimeter enduro bike so, when I have an opportunity to ride a poppier machine, I’m always game. Fortunately for me, the SCOR 2030 was an easy transition back to the world of small travel. As I would find during my time aboard this bike—it’s short on travel, but has a large appetite for speed and tech.
