For its first foray into carbon, Reid has a winner with the Vantage Comp 1.0. With a threaded bottom bracket, disc brakes and tubeless ready wheels this bike is a great starter — provided you're flexible enough. Buy if you're looking for a race ready road bike with the added benefits of thru-axles and disc brakes, but don't have much to spend
