Summary
The Norco Revolver is a lightweight, full-carbon cross-country bike praised for its efficient climbing, fun ride quality, and durable frame. It features a stiff construction and excellent geometry for precise handling, though some reviews note a firm suspension and minor component issues. The bike is often compared to high-end models for its performance at a competitive price.

This bike is a screaming deal!
It’s everything you need to dominate a marathon race or XCO, and nothing you don’t.
This bike is a serious contender in my list of all-time favorites.

Last time I rode a short-travel full-suspension 29er was in 2006. It was a Trek from the early days of figuring out how to make the big wheels not only race fast but ride fun. The (now) dated geometry found in the high bottom bracket height, head/seat tube angles and top tube length just didn’t do the trick for me back then.

Stable in the air, rails the corners, switches directions faster than a PUP senator and loves the rough stuff – no this isn’t an another all-mountain bike, it’s Norco’s 650b cross-country race rig. [divider]Build[/divider] Clean and smooth are the two words of choice when describing the build of this bike. The frame lines, the colour …
Understated race rocket.
Excellent groupset.
Recon fork can't keep up.

A neatly detailed, super-light racer, but the hard-driving rear contrasts with a less committed performance up front
