Quality steel frame and carbon fork that work across many disciplines, but this is a heavy build
Great ride quality from the frameset
Stable handling gives confidence on the road and gravel
Plenty of component customisation
Not light
Bar tape is very thin

Ribble's CGR 725 SRAM Apex 1x 650b is a hugely versatile bike that offers incredible value to boot. The combination of steel frame and plump but fast-rolling 47mm tyres deliver a comfortable ride on dirt while still being plenty quick on road, with sorted handling that's a happy medium between stability and steering agility; it's quite possibly all the drop bar bike you need for gravel, road or commuting.

Versatile superbike that's great on or off road, and won’t break the bank compared to similarly specced competitors
Exciting handling
Great ride quality
Would benefit from a more gravel-specific bar setup

The Ribble CGR Ti shows that the British brand is capable of making titanium frames competitive with the old masters
A versatile
Fun and impressively built titanium bike without the usual pricetag
On the stiffer side of titanium in comfort terms
