In addition to the frame and fork, the seat post, crank and wheels are also made of carbon. The latter were specially designed by Campagnolo for gravel use and are fitted with the fast and lightweight Continental Terra Speed tyres in 40 mm width.The bottom line for the Backroad Ekar is not only a record-breaking 8.2 kg, but also optimum stiffness values and damping properties.
