We closely studied the needs for touring and all road cycling. By borrowing successful bits of frame geometry, tubing profiles, and materials; we are able to provide you the evolution of our Volpe platform which started three decades ago. The Lupo is the Volpe's little brother - another version of the "Swiss Army Knife" of bikes. The Lupo is equally adept at long distance road rides, gravel road excursions, city commuting, loaded touring, rail trail adventures, and just tooling around the neighborhood. With its eyelets for front and rear racks and fenders, clearance for wider tires, and grime-shedding cantilever brakes, the Lupo offers the same versatility its older sibling is famous for. The Lupo features a smooth and sturdy Chromolite frame and steel fork, as well as a similar specification package to the Volpe. It only differs in terms of its Shimano Sora crank set, shifters, hubs, and front and rear derailleur.
