A budget take on premium integration.
Looks nice, gravel-capable tyre clearance, frame will take a kicking.
Form before function with the integrated cabling, stiff ride quality, bad brakes, heavy, cabling not hidden at the back of the bike.

The Scott Contessa Speedster Gravel 25 is a gravel bike is really more of an all-round road bike than an adventurer. If you are looking for a reliable commuter with added comfort from the large diameter tyres and the ability to explore gravel tracks at the weekend then the Speedster Gravel will do just fine. If adventure is in your blood, there are better options out there. Successful redesign updates an already popular and successful machine. Buy if you want a very good all-round road bike with modern wider tyres and ‘sensible’ gearing
Wider gear range, wider tyres, loads of clearance for mudguards and a fine all-round ride
Average brakes, plus it’s a pity Scott can’t manage a carbon fork
