Summary
The Scott Foil is a highly regarded aero road bike, praised for its lightweight, aerodynamically optimized frame and completely hidden cable routing, offering no compromise to shifting or braking performance. It's noted for being truly rapid, stiff, and comfortable, with a design that's both stylish and practical, though some reviews mention it's quite impractical and fiddly to live with. The bike excels in speed, efficiency, and handling, making it a joy to ride, despite a few drawbacks like a firm ride and not being the lightest in its category.

If you like to ride fast, then Scott’s aero bike – the Foil – should certainly be near the top of your dream ride list.
Scott’s first Foil Disc, released in 2017, was arguably the blueprint for what we now judge to be a modern aero race bike.
This is no one trick pony that delivers an extra mile an hour or two on the flat, it's quick everywhere thanks to excellent stiffness levels for sprinting and climbing

Exposed cables are so 2018, right? That seems to be the case if you look to the newest crop of super bikes headed for the Tour. For Scott, their Foil already had a light weight, aerodynamically optimized frame. The next logical step was to eliminate those exposed cables and create a front end that not only […]
