Summary
The Rose Reveal endurance bike series is praised for its modern endurance geometry, offering a comfortable and composed ride suitable for long distances. It stands out for its clean design, good value, and stiff frameset, with models featuring effective comfort-boosting designs and high-performance specs. However, some versions face limitations in tire clearance and versatility, and the direct-to-consumer model may limit pre-purchase testing opportunities.
Modern endurance geometry for comfort
Clean and sleek design
Good value for money
Stiff and responsive frameset
Effective comfort-boosting design
Limited tire clearance in smallest sizes
Direct-to-consumer model limits pre-purchase testing
Some models lack versatility for gravel or rough roads
Rose has reshaped their best-selling affordable alloy road bike into this totally modern Reveal AL that looks as sleek and well-integrated as carbon bikes costing many times more than this.
The two comfort-promoting devices created a peculiarly pleasant ride quality in what is otherwise a very stiff frameset.
The Reveal is a cracking bike, with fantastic handling and superb frame and spec.
The ROSE REVEAL PLUS doesn’t feel like a true all-road bike, though it offers excellent value for money and a relaxed riding position.
