The Rondo Ruut is an innovative step forward in versatility and multi-terrain riding, though will suit gravel fans more than road riders

The Rondo Ruut CF2 is a fast and surefooted carbon fibre gravel bike with a neat trick up its sleeve - adjustable geometry - providing a small level of ride attitude tuning that helps it stand out in an increasingly crowded market. I’d like to see wider tyres fitted as standard though, but that aside there's a lot to like here.

The more aggressive geometry works well off road, but you do get to the point where the sharpness means less confidence in the stability, especially on fast rutted descents, so after the long test ride I then switched the fork into its ‘endurance’ position, and rode back up to the top of our last descent. . .
