About the X-Night range
The X-Night is a pure cyclo-cross competition bike. It’s an extremely light, super aggressive off-road machine that’s ready and willing to be ridden to the top of any cyclocross podium straight through to the World Championships. This is proven by the guys at Pauwels Sauzen-Bingoal.
Designed for top competition, down to the smallest detail. Its geometry has been fine-tuned over many years in cooperation with multiple cyclo-cross World Champions (15 world titles) and provides quick, aggressive reactions through technical terrain. It reads your body movements to work with you like the perfect teammate. This gives that extra level of confidence all around the track. The reactivity of this bike clearly sets it apart from gravel bikes.
There’s plenty enough front triangle room for shouldering. The flattened underside of the top tube makes for a comfy run when you hit those never-ending mud-running sections. Internal cable routing keeps the cables clean and out of your way when hopping off and on the bike. There is also special sealing for mechanical cable routing.
Compatible with mechanical and electronic shifting.
About the X-Night Disc
The X-Night Disc is almost an exact replica of our top model SL, but only slightly heavier due to the alteration in carbon layup. This makes it a more affordable option for those on a budget. It superbly handles everything from fast terrain to knee-deep mudfests. Thanks to Ridley patented F-Steerer technology, all cables have been integrated into the frame for easy shouldering and to keep dirt and mud from building up around the cable inserts. Disc-brake equipped, it is the perfect bike to tackle not only cyclo-cross races but also the worst of winter weather.
