Upgrading to Di2 based system places gear shift buttons on both your aero bar extensions and base bars.

Instead of mechanical cables, high-end Di2 electronic wires relay your gear selection instantly with a push of a button. New ULTEGRA R8000 series is "pro-proven" as it is a direct trickle down from DURA-ACE mechanical groupset. As a triathlon bike component, the stress-free operation is one of the most important feature to lead all day riding comfort with braking and shifting. Mechanical groupsets do not feature gear selection changes to be made from the bars as the shifters are placed on the ends of the aero bar extensions. Upgrading to Di2 groupsets allows for electronic shifting buttons to be placed on base bars and aero extensions.

When the race is against the wind and the clock the SES 7.8 is optimized for the task. By reducing the tradeoffs between aerodynamics, stability, weight, and stiffness, the SES 7.8 carbon fiber aero wheel is the perfect tool for road racing and triathlon alike. The SES 7.8 features asymmetric rim geometries front to back. The front rim is 71mm deep and 29mm wide while the rear rims is 80mm deep and 27.5 mm wide. Can I make changes to the build kit? Absolutely. Our bikes are built to order so you can customize however you'd like. If there are components you'd really like on your bike but don't see them offered live-chat or contact us for availability and a custom quote!
Can I have a different length stem, crankarms, or different gearing? We spec different length components on our bikes based on common lengths per each size of bike. If you are looking to specify what length components or the gearing you'd like on your new Quintana Roo just live-chat or contact us and we'll get you started on a custom order.
I received my Di2 bike, but the system isn't charging?Triple check the seatpost battery/Di2 wire connection. Many times even though you think you have the wire firmly connected, give it another push and 9 times out of 10 the system comes to life.
What kind of thru-axle do I need for my stationary trainer? For use in a stationary trainer, a specific thru-axle will need to be ordered. The rear thru-axle is an E-thru standard M12x1.5, 142mm long.
Does my bike arrive assembled? The amount of assembly required depends on shipping option you select. Typically our bike assembly runs between 30 to 45 minutes. Check out our shipping and delivery options to find the best option for you and your budget.
