Summary
The Pivot Shuttle is a high-end enduro eMTB praised for its lightweight carbon frame, advanced Shimano EP8 drive system, and efficient DW-Link suspension. It excels in handling and ride quality, offering a playful yet planted feel on trails. However, its high price and some design choices, like the battery removal process and limited travel for an enduro bike, have drawn criticism.

The bike is incredibly stealthy and I love how everything seems to work in harmony.
The name of the Shuttle promises more than the bike can deliver
This is one impressively lightweight bike.
Overall, I was nothing short of impressed with the new Shuttle.

The Pivot Shuttle was already one of the leading eMTB models. Now it's a whole lot better with the new Shimano EP8 system and more!

After many months of testing, we're ready to share the goods and bads of the Pivot Shuttle ebike. It is a super fun and very capable eMTB with a couple shortcomings that we hope to see addressed for 2021.

First ride review of the new Pivot Shuttle Team e-bike. Pivot reworks its Shuttle e-bike with more travel, lighter weight and a (slightly) lower price.
Super lightweight at around 20kg for the Team XTR build.
Smooth DW-Link suspension and Factory level Fox suspension.
Stunning full carbon frame and good Shimano power.
£9,000 is hugely expensive and the ‘cheaper’ Race version is still very pricey.
Couldn’t get full travel through the shock even with the correct sag.

Price£8999ModelPivot ShuttleMotorShimano E8000 A no compromise, sub 10% body fat trail ripper. This bike is an MMA fighter disguised as an EMTB. Brutally fast, ripped to the bone and packs a stinging punch to propel you forward with the excellent Shimano Steps E8000 motor. I first heard about the £8,999 Shuttle on EMTB Forums. I couldn’t quite believe how they’d achieved a sub 20KG package. Even the almost identically priced Specialized S-Works weight in at 21.8KG so it’s impressive that …
