About the Pinnacle Arkose
The Pinnacle Arkose was a gravel bike before we were using the term regularly. For 2019 it’s had the most significant re-design in its 7 years in the market.
The new Arkose is a benchmark for the versatility this type of bike can offer. The new Arkose frame has full compatibility for wheel size (650B x 52C or 700C x 45mm), rear axle and Di2/cable gearing options, plus internal F+R dynamo light routing. Add this to proven handling that sits on that fine line between the best of road and gravel bike characteristics and it’s a contender for being your one do-it-all drop bar bike.
The Road build-ups of the 2019 Arkose frameset are ready for the rider who sees tarmac as a route to anywhere and distance as the measure to be pushed. It’s also equally for the rider who see the surface of average UK lanes as closer to a cart track than a road… And despite the Road tag, it’s still for those who want the option to take that route less ridden from time to time. Equipped with 50-34 tooth road chain sets, WTB exposure 700 x 30c tyres and more performance-based contact points, Arkose Road is always adaptable, always comfortable and goes far when the mood takes you.
