2023 Orbea Wild H10 review

Oct 2023 · Knut Nes

The Orbea Wild caught a lot of attention when it was updated for 2023, mainly because the top-of-the line model was a sub 21 kg bike. That’s very light for a full fat emtb. We’re not testing the most expensive carbon version though. We’re sort of...

Review: The 2023 Orbea Wild M-LTD Raises the Bar for eMTB

May 2023 · Mike Kazimer

There's a punching bag-like quality to the way the Wild absorbs obstacles – it seems to relish high-speed smashing, and can withstand some serious hits without getting hung up or knocked off line.

Highs
  • Extremely calm and composed in the steeps & at speed

  • Powerful Bosch motor with wireless controller and simple display

  • Customizable built kits allow for a wide range of build options

Lows
  • Integrated battery decreases the potential for mega-long, multi-battery missions.

  • Thru-headset cable routing is well sealed, but it's still more of a hassle to work on

  • No mixed wheel options on smaller (or any) sizes

Orbea Wild FS H10 review

Jan 2021 · Seb Stott

Brilliant uphill with a lively, supple ride, but a short front-centre reduces downhill confidence

Highs
  • Motor, geometry and suspension combine to make a great climbing package

  • Active rear end creates a lively, comfortable and traction-rich ride

Lows
  • XL bike’s front end is a little short, making it harder for tall riders to ride aggressively and confidently

  • Although better than older versions, the Shimano brakes occasionally kept me guessing where they’d bite on rough trails

eMTB Roundup: Orbea Wild FS M10 Review

Mar 2020

This is the eMTB we'd recommend to most people who ask our opinion. One of the best eMTBs on the market, the Orbea Wild FS is incredibly versatile and while it has very conservative geometry for some aggressive downhillers, that's what makes it so lively and fun for everyone else.

Highs
  • Playful

  • Great Suspension Feel

  • Lively

  • Great Geo for Most Riders

  • Bosch Performance CX

  • Batery Range

  • Looks Good

  • Great All Arounder

  • MyO Custom Paint Options

  • Beat Bikes That Cost Thousands More

Lows
  • Kiox Display is a Vulnerability

  • Litte Short/Steep For High Speed Chunder

  • Conservative Geo for Downhillers
