2020 Orange Five RS: first ride review - MBR

Apr 2019 · Jamie Darlow

The Orange Five certainly isn’t new, but the Halifax brand has made significant changes for 2020 that pep up this trail riding classic.

Highs
  • More progressive suspension and a host of geometry and size changes make the Five more fun and capable. Looks better too with improved cable routing and tubing shapes.

Lows
  • Expensive for an alloy bike, and pedal kickback can be an issue on really rough terrain.
