Summary
The Mondraker Superfoxy is a lightweight and capable enduro bike with impressive suspension performance and stable handling, but it suffers from a slack seat angle that hampers climbing efficiency. Its geometry, while once radical, now faces stiff competition, and the high price is hard to justify given some component choices. Overall, it offers a fun and engaging ride but with notable drawbacks in steep ascents and value.
Impressive lightweight and capable enduro package
Sorted suspension with smooth and supportive action
Super stable handling without sluggishness
Efficient under power and responsive cornering
Full carbon fiber frame with adjustable geometry features
Slack seat angle affects climbing performance, especially on steep ascents
High price compared to competitors with similar specs
Geometry is no longer the most progressive, making it less competitive
Cockpit proportions and component choices could be improved for taller riders
Suspension setup challenges and potential bottoming out issues
Fast and fun, but the seat angle lets it down on steeps and the cockpit proportions could be better
Mondraker's SuperFoxy Carbon R offers big wheel, big travel thrills in an impressively lightweight and capable enduro package that's no slouch when it comes to pedalling either.
The Superfoxy is long and slack, but unfortunately there's more to the modern geometry equation than those two numbers.Pinkbike

Mondraker's SuperFoxy Carbon R offers big wheel, big travel thrills in an impressively lightweight and capable enduro package that's no slouch when it comes to pedalling either. However, a relatively slack seat angle makes itself known on climbs and the kit is functional rather than flash for this sort of cash.

The Superfoxy made it to the top of all the climbs, but it's stretched out seated position and really short stem made it more conscious work to manage the bike and I was often having to really concentrate on keeping a good position or choosing a line that would upset the bike less..
Fantastic looks
Bike length encourages speed
High bottom bracket and relatively slack seat angle affect performance
High price compared to other similarly spec'd bikes
Odd spec choices and stem/headset problems

Fast and fun, but the seat angle lets it down on steeps and the cockpit proportions could be better
Fast yet agile and engaging ride
Sorted suspension (with a little fettling) and solid parts
Seat angle could be steeper, especially for tall riders
Geometry is no longer the most radical, which makes the price harder to justify
