Mondraker Factor XR + (2017) review

Nov 2017 · Guy Kesteven

Some parts compromises, but superb handling and tyre float let it rip through techy terrain. Buy if you want a responsive ride with plenty of grip and are happy to make a few upgrades

Highs
  • Uniquely responsive but stable front-end geometry

  • Outstanding tech-trail grip and speed sustain

  • Efficient suspension keeps ride effervescent

Lows
  • Can feel vague and twangy at the limit

  • No dropper post as standard
