Summary
The Marin Mount Vision enduro bike is praised for its unique R3ACT-2PLAY suspension design, offering a supple, ground-hugging ride quality and exceptional climbing efficiency. Its aggressive geometry and short chainstays provide playful handling, though some riders note it's easy to blow through the travel in aggressive riding. The bike's weight and higher price point for top-end models are mentioned as drawbacks.

Exceptional climbing efficiency and pedaling performance
Aggressive geometry with playful handling

Climbing efficiency is superb.
Easy set up.
Stiff frame makes the most of the grip on offer.
Well-priced too.
It's pretty heavy.
Not convinced by the tyres.

Marin introduced the Mount Vision on March 4, and I can already tell it’s going to be a hot bike. There is something special about the way it feels.

At Mountain Bike Connection Winter last week in Massa Marittima Marin, a Californian MTB brand of presented their new aggressive all mountain model – the Mount Vision. The bike is derived from their enduro model, the Wolf Ridge. It’s from that bike that it inherited the R3ACT 2Play suspension system. Matthew Cipes, Marin’s product manager, shows us the main features with a very real enthusiasm for this new model. • Unidirectional carbon fiber front triangle • Unidirectional carbon fiber rear triangle • Unidirectional carbon fiber upper link • Sealed bearings protected by special casings in their fittings • Nailed R3ACT 2Play suspension system • Different compression curve for sizes S

The most unique suspension system in circulation has just appeared in an unlikely package. The Marin Mount Vision attempts to blend a play-bike chassis with hover-bike suspension. But can it be done?
