Summary
The Liv Hail is a women-specific enduro bike designed for aggressive riding, featuring 160mm of travel, Maestro suspension for smooth performance, and a geometry that balances downhill speed with climbing capability. It's praised for its sure-footed ride and ability to handle technical terrain, though some riders may find it heavy or less agile.
160mm of travel for aggressive riding
Maestro suspension system for smooth performance
Women-specific geometry for balanced handling
Sure-footed ride on technical terrain
Adjustable travel for climbing efficiency
Heavy weight may deter some riders
800mm handlebar width too wide for some
Less agile compared to competitors
Pedal striking on technical climbs
Limited dropper post options
The Hail isn’t a bike that sits around wondering what it wants to be when it grows up. It’s slack. It’s beefy. And it wants to go downhill as fast as humanly possible.

The Hail 1 is an absolute blast to ride.
A proper enduro bike, built for women from the ground up.
The LIV Hail hasn’t just eliminated these weaknesses; it has pulverized them into oblivion.

The Liv Cycling Hail is a long travel bike for the ladies with plenty of all mountain intentions. It’s a bike that has been designed from the ground up by Liv using data derived from thousands of women from all over the globe. We love the Liv Hail. It’s a kick ass bike for kick ass women. It recognises that girls also want to have fun and is designed specifically for that. It’s an aggressive, 160mm travel bike and the one of the only female bike of its class that isn’t simply a gender neutral frame re-painted and …
A seriously capable Enduro bike for women.
Excellent geometry and suspension.
Great value for money.
Rims are a little soft.
Tyres don't suit rocky conditions.
No rear shock compression adjustment.

The Liv Hail, which is the first true women’s-specific ‘enduro’ bike, proves big travel comes in small packages.

If you’re a fan of enduro racing, love a good downhill track but don’t want to go for a pure downhill bike or want a beefy bike for properly big and technical terrain, then the Liv Hail 1 is aimed at you. . . .
