The Unicoi's damped hardtail strut design helps keep the traction to the ground while climbing, flowing through single track and tackling descents. The simple design also saves weight when compared to full suspension models.
Litespeed's proprietary Uni-Strut dual spring system is designed to control the compression damping and reduces rapid rebound & top out, providing 45mm (1¾ in) of rear travel that is best combined with a 120mm travel fork. The Unicoi is built with Litespeed's carbon chainstays to stiffen the bike while still retaining its high performance.
