The KROSS Soil Boost 1.0 630 in 2022 is a continuation of the thought guiding us when designing the previous generations of this bike. We coated the frame with new paint and improved many small details that contribute to pleasure and comfort of riding a bicycle.
STEPS are advanced components for e-bikes. The concept is a modern design that facilitates riding and supports the cyclist in every situation. Due to this, every cyclist can experience the extraordinary feeling of freedom and reach any destination. The 630Wh battery provides 70Nm of torque. Thanks to the battery capacity the maximum range of the bicycle with electric support is even 145 km. The handlebar also includes a display, namely the Shimano Steps SC-E8000 showing the current battery level, range and other data related to the ride.
The KROSS Soil Boost 2.0 630 also features components that ensure high precision of gear shifting - the professional Shimano XT group is responsible for this. Our electric bike is also equipped with Shimano Zee brakes, the RockShox Yari RC front shock absorber and RockShox Deluxe Select R rear shock absorber. To help the cyclist even in the most difficult terrain, the bike is also equipped with Kind Shock Lev adjustable seatpost. The KROSS Soil Boost 2.0 630 features wheels mounted on brand 27.5-inch WTB Scraper i40 rims and 2.6-inch WTB Trail Boss tires. Such a set provides precise control over the bike even on the most difficult descents.
The KROSS Soil Boost 2.0 frame is made of lite aluminium. The improved 6061 aluminium alloy is the perfect compromise between high stiffness and low weight. In the frame we used internal cable routing, thanks to which we obtained an aesthetic and elegant look. Internal cable routing also makes it easier to keep the bike clean and minimises the risk of the cable hooking on roots in off-road rides, for instance.
