The third gen Process 134 is a fine companion for flattering, flowing singletrack.
Loves a flow trail
Quiet
More affordable than many of its direct competitors
Seat tube likely to feel very slack for taller riders
On the heavier end of the spectrum for a carbon trail bike
Not the most proficient climber
Spec is a little outdated, likely owing to Kona's sale and inventory issues

Smooth suspension and modern shape encourage behaviour some spec choices can’t handle
Modern geometry and super-smooth rear suspension give grip, confidence and speed
Skinny tyres and poor brakes undermine confidence
Climbing performance isn’t spectacular

Can Kona’s ‘mountain biker’s mountain bike’ prove 27.5in wheels still have a place for hard rallying riders?
Top spec rear shock and tires
Tight, responsive rear end
High control brakes
Plenty of tire room
External controls for easy servicing
Front end lacks stiffness and confidence
Feels steeper and shorter than it is
Sits high relative to axles
Below par component value
Relatively heavy
