Reviews
NSMB
Knolly Chilcotin 155 long term review

Jun 2024

Knolly's full 29er Enduro bike takes it's time going uphill but shreds the downhills like no other.

Highs
  • Extremely plush and chatter-erasing suspension

  • Excellent uphill traction

  • Cornering is predictable and secure

  • Very quiet operation

  • Great brakes (Shimano Deore M6100)

  • Easy to clean frame

Lows
  • Heavy (36.6 lbs)

  • Suspension feels heavy and less energetic on slower, technical climbs

  • Shifting performance of Deore drivetrain is unexciting

  • Not as lively as some competitors in corners

Highs
  • Efficient and competent climber

  • Excellent support when plowing through jank

  • Ready-to-rip spec choices

Lows
  • Long reach paired with shorter chainstays doesn't feel very balanced

  • The mass transfer under braking when combined with the long reach can make it challenging to feel comfortable

Highs
  • Unmatched stability -Frame and hardware are built to last -Good value -Respectable climber for its weight and travel

Lows
