Summary
The Knolly Chilcotin is a highly capable enduro bike, praised for its stability, durable construction, and efficient climbing despite its weight. Its suspension performance is standout, offering a supple yet supportive ride that excels in rough terrain. However, it may be too much bike for less aggressive riders and lacks some versatility in slower, technical sections.
Unmatched stability
Frame and hardware are built to last
Efficient platform for climbing
Planted and stable on descents
Highly engineered design
May be too much bike for some
Not as maneuverable or nimble in slow-speed, technical terrain
Lacks versatility
It is a brawler, meant for the rowdiest of rides and the most capable of bike handlers.
The Chilcotin felt as planted as a late-summer garden on the middle section of our test trail.
Within a few hours, the Chilcotin 167 had become my favorite Knolly to date.
Function follows form, however, and Knolly's patented design promises advanced suspension kinematics.

Jun 2022 · Henry Quinney
The Chilcotin 151 is a unique machine, with looks and ride characteristics that set it apart from the norm.
Efficient and competent climber
Excellent support when plowing through jank
Ready-to-rip spec choices
Long reach paired with shorter chainstays doesn't feel very balanced
The mass transfer under braking when combined with the long reach can make it challenging to feel comfortable
Mar 2021 · Nicole Formosa
The Knolly Chilcotin 167 was built to hold up to the worst (and best) that BC has to offer, and for riders who expect nothing less.
Unmatched stability -Frame and hardware are built to last -Good value -Respectable climber for its weight and travel
May be too much bike for some -Not the all-rounder some enduro 29ers are
