A handmade monocoque chassis pairs a straight tracking, sub 400g fork with a carefully sculpted lightweight frame. Massively oversized box section chainstays are paired with an edge-to-edge PF30 bottom bracket shell to deliver maximum power transfer. An ovalized and oversized headtube provides massive support for rapid steering inputs so the Super Professional tracks straight and true even in a bunch sprint. Pedalling efficiency doesn't come at the cost of comfort and the Super Professional is built with multiple different fibre orientations in the rear triangle to maximize rider comfort through subtle vertical frame compliance. Pedal choice Its a personal thing. Most higher end bikes are expected to be ridden with clipless pedals. These are matched to cleats on the underside of your cycling shoes. There are a few standards of these, and most cyclists tend to stick with one standard across all their bikes. So, you dont need to buy multiple pairs of shoes! Thus, Planet X dont sell bikes with pedals included. If you wish to add pedals to your order, simply select an option from the drop-down menu.
