Summary
The Fuji Jari gravel bike series is praised for its versatility, offering a blend of performance, comfort, and value across various terrains. Its frameset is noted for thoughtful design elements like ample mounts and tire clearance, catering to a wide range of riding styles. While some models excel in ride quality and efficiency, others face criticism for binary ride quality and weight considerations.
Versatile performance across gravel and road
Thoughtful frame design with ample mounts and tire clearance
Good value for the money
Comfortable for long rides
Stiff frame for efficient power transfer
Binary ride quality in some models
Weight considerations for exploration/touring
Gearing can be gappy on road
Tyres not ideal for wet and muddy conditions
The Fuji Jari is inspiring with a sea of matte carbon gravel bikes ranging from $4K upward that would have difficulty matching its performance.
In trying to be something for everyone, the Jari risks being nothing for nobody.
The Fuji Jari Carbon 1.3 is a really fun bike to ride.

The Fuji Jari 1.3 performs well beyond its price point and would be welcome in any rider's bike fleet, especially those who love gravel.

Fun bike with a real mixed bag of components, fitted to a very good frameset
Good spread of gears for off road
Flared handlebar gives stability on loose surfaces
Impressive ride quality
Gearing can be gappy on road
FSA chainset looks a bit naff running 1x

Fuji's range-topping Jari Carbon gravel bike sets out to cater for everyone.
Generously-appointed frameset, low frame weight, best-suited for road-leaning applications.
Binary ride quality, gets out of its depth in rougher terrain.
