A bike with lower gearing will be easier to ride up steep hills, while a higher top end means it will pedal faster down hills.

Cannondale Tesoro Neo X 3 Remixte Review

Nov 2021

Price: $3350.00 | Model Year: 2021 | An approachable commuter-ready electric bike with sturdy fenders, a rear rack, integrated lights, and high powered Bosch Performance Line Sport mid-drive motor that offers high speed Class 3 riding up to 28mph. Three sizes and two frame design provide a wide range of fit options.

Observations
  • An approachable commuter-ready electric bike with sturdy fenders, a rear rack, integrated lights, and high powered Bosch Performance Line Sport mid-drive motor that offers high speed Class 3 riding up to 28mph. Three sizes and two frame design provide a wide range of fit options.

  • Comfortable high-volume tires lower the attack angle while providing stability and float off-road. Great saddle height adjustability and saddle comfort, nice locking ergonomic grips. Excellent weight distribution, premium hidden battery design that is top-mounting and features a bottle cage mount. Powerful 180mm hydraulic disc brakes, decent 9-speed drivetrain.

  • The purpose-built frame uses internal cable routing for improved aesthetics and reduced snag potential. The rear rack is sleek, with a support strut hidden below the rear fender... but it offers lower weight capacity and doesn't have a bungee loop at the base. High quality aluminum alloy frame feels stiff and capable due to mid-step triangle vs. full step-thru.

  • A bit longer than other ebikes due to the fenders, suspension fork, and large 29" wheels. Premium drive system raises the price, basic display panel has limited readouts and no smartphone app compatibility. Heavier spring fork offers limited adjustability.
