Copperhead EVO 2 29”

An approachable step-thru cross country electric mountain bike with adjustable 120mm air suspension from SR Suntour. Available in four frame sizes, built with the latest Bosch Smart System CX motor, PowerTube 750 integrated battery, and LED Remote with feature rich eBike Flow smartphone app.

Wide and stable Plus sized 2.6" tires provide float and traction, but the knobs are tight enough to be efficient on paved or packed surfaces. Wider Boost hub spacing and 15mm thru-axle on the suspension fork improves stiffness and adds wheel strength for true off-road capabilities.

Hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors, premium locking grips, co-branded Selle Royal gel saddle. Outstanding 11-speed drivetrain with wide 11-51 tooth cassette spread for easy starts and steep ascents. Narrow-wide tooth chainring and plastic guide help to reduce drops.

The bike is fairly heavy at 56.2lbs due to the high capacity 9.4lb battery pack and reinforced wave style frame. No ability to charge portable eelectronics from the Bosch LED remote despite having a USB-C port for diagnostics. Charge port for the battery pack is on the left side of the frame, which can be difficult to reach. Battery cover not locking, a bit tedious to remove and re-insert battery pack due to locking design.
