It's a Class 1 electric bike with a 250 watt Mid-Drive motor. This means it has a maximum assisted speed of20 mph (32 km/h), and no throttle.
It comes with a comfortable backswept handlebar, adjustable angle stem, ergonomic grips, and two frame size options. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors are easy to actuate, and offer adjustable reach levers for different hand sizes. Both wheels offer quick release for easy maintenance and transport.
Custom downtube-integrated battery keeps weight low and center, can be charged on and off the frame. Two year comprehensive warranty, high quality Shimano mid-motor should last, these tend to be lightweight, efficient, and quieter than similar ebike motors.
Power button is located on the frame tube instead of the button pad. No bottle cage bosses on this frame, might need an aftermarket adapter or handlebar cup holder instead. Comes with a relatively slow 1.5 amp charger vs. 2+ on most other ebikes. Optional Shimano E-Tube smartphone app provides some diagnostics and tuning, no USB charge port on the bike. Battery charge port is low on the frame, the battery cover doesn't lock in place.
