Summary
The 3T Strada is celebrated for its aero efficiency, comfort, and progressive design, making it a standout in the aero road bike category. It features improved aerodynamics with deeper tubing profiles, fully internal cable routing, and maintains rider comfort with vertical flex in seatstays. While it excels in speed and handling, some models are limited to electronic shift drivetrains and may present initial setup challenges.
Improved aerodynamics with deeper tubing profiles
Fully internal cable routing reducing drag
Maintained rider comfort with vertical flex in seatstays
Compatible with wide tires up to 30mm
Progressive design blending speed and comfort
Initial setup complicated by internal routing
Limited to electronic shift drivetrains in some models
Slightly heavy for a premium aero road bike
3T 'always loved the concept of fully internal cable routing but hated the execution'
The Strada is made for doing one thing: going fast.
The Strada Due is a bike that incorporates a number of forward-thinking features that in my experience make it one of the easiest aero race bikes on the market to live with and ride day to day.
The Strada ICR offers sharp and engaging handling, while still feeling stable over rough roads and at high speeds.
All in, the 3T Strada Due is an excellent, best-of-both-worlds road race bike.

The 3T Strada ICR offers a swift and comfortable ride, but it doesn’t stand out from the crowd as its predecessor did
Smooth and fast ride quality
Cable integration doesn’t sacrifice adjustability
A few odd spec choices
Fairly expensive
Disc brake rotors very loud when wet or dirty

The new 3T Strada aero road bike looks much the original, except for one small but crucial difference - no visible external cables... hmmm!

Nov 2022 · Mat Brett
New head tube is as narrow as before but deeper for an aero gain; both 1x and 2x builds are available

We built tested the 3T Strada... we commented on the “level of confusion” that surrounded the bike and its unique profile. Was it a climbing bike? A crit bike? A gravel bike? A track bike? It was simply a road bike,

From riding Belgian classic sportives to racing a dirt Koppenberg in Colorado, I spent a year on the 3T Strada Due with SRAM eTap AXS Red. Here is my take.
