Build Levels

Once you’ve begun to narrow down exactly which type of Turbo E-bike best fits your type of trail riding, it's time to pick which build level you need. The comp build is the most affordable option across the Levo, Kenevo, Levo SL and Kenevo SL models. For Levo, and Kenevo models, the comp build comes with a more affordable aluminum frame and a lower powered 500Wh battery instead of the 700Wh battery equipped on Expert and S-works builds. Specialized’s range extender can be fitted to a water bottle cage to add some extra battery power to all models.

On the Kenevo SL and Levo SL, the bikes maintain the same lightweight motor and battery across the all ranges. Comp builds are available in carbon fiber or aluminum frames on the Levo SL. Working your way up the range to the expert builds, Specialized starts to introduce lighter weight drivetrain components and increased suspension adjustability. The S-works models come equipped with wireless electronic shifting and dropper posts and Fox Factory suspension.

Turbo Tero offers two different build tiers, the 3.0 and 5.0. The 3.0 is paired with a smaller 530Wh battery powering a 50Nm motor. Stepping up to the 5.0 you’ll get a more powerful 710Wh battery with a 90Nm motor. Both the 3.0 and 5.0 are made of aluminum however the 3.0 does have a step through frame design option. Upgrading to the 5.0 will get you a remote dropper seatpost, an upgraded front fork and a wider range, lighter drivetrain along with the more powerful motor and battery.

Specialized’s Turbo lineup offers a wide range of builds and models that are ready to help you further and faster with more confidence and more smiles per mile.
