High Performance Aluminium, High performance aluminium is all about extracting the best possible performance from this strong, durable material. We select precisely the right grade of alloy for our needs, carefully tweak tube profiles to suit each application, and then meticulously weld each frame. Advanced Hydroforming, Our high end aluminium frame models are built using Advanced Hydroforming. This manufacturing process uses high pressure fluid to change an aluminium tube's shape, making the best use of the material's properties and maximising strength whilst miminising weight. It all helps reduce the number of welds, resulting in a frame that performs and looks better in every way.
