Abbiamo messo alla prova la nuova Trek Domane SLR 6 Gen 4: una bici da endurance che non disdegna gli sterrati. Una sorta di crossover fra le due discipline o, se preferite, fra asfalto e sterrate. L’ho portata sugli infiniti argini di Piave e Sile in Veneto, più qualche giro sulle Alpi Svizzere. È chiaro che se una bici deve fare bene su due superfici diverse, deve scendere a compromessi, ed in questo caso il compromesso sono state le gomme da 32mm ma con tassellatura minimalista. The Trek Domane SLR 9 certainly wins the prize for the most striking paint job. Thanks to its bright Project One colour scheme, you can’t miss it.
