If I had to think of one common theme that continually came up during our time with the Powerfly, that would be it—too damn fun. Over the months we’ve had this bike, we’ve done it all and it does it all with ease.

Up hill or down, ebikes take an absolute beating, so the new Trek Powerfly 9 has a beefed up the parts package to handle the additional abuse.
Suspension, brakes and tyres are all on point. New battery layout is neat and easy to use.
Could have more generous reach measurements and shorter stems on all sizes.

Sui (ripidi) sentieri svizzeri di Bad Ragaz è stata presentata la nuova Trek Powerfly, E-bike full-suspended della casa di Waterloo, WI, Usa. La bici è stata rinnovata completamente, e come novità principale propone il RIB, ovvero la batteria sostituibile (la Bosch PowerTube 500, nello specifico) integrata nel telaio con una maniglia per il trasporto e l’estrazione. Estrazione che, soluzione unica sul mercato, avviene dal lato destro, lateralmente al tubo obliquo, mentre la porta di ricarica è sul lato sinistro della bici, o nella parte inferiore una volta estratta. Opzione che sembra essere la preferita dai consumatori, che preferiscono caricarla in
