Come anticipato nell’articolo di approfondimento sul sistema ABP di Trek, uscito pochi giorni fa, abbiamo ricevuto da Trek due biciclette 2014 da testare: la Slash 9 650b e la Remedy 9.8. La prima che vi presentiamo è la Slash, che abbiamo spremuto a fondo in 3 settimane di intenso utilizzo. La Slash 9 650b 2014 è stata aggiornata rispetto alla versione 2013 (qui il test) prevalentemente nell’adozione del formato 650b delle ruote, che ha sostituito il classico formato 26″ su tutti i modelli della gamma Slash, mentre la trasmissione gode di un attualissimo gruppo misto 11 velocità XO1/XX1. Excellent suspension. Great brakes. Rails corners and pops jumps. Great adjustability. Great bike.
Grips sucked. Chain device and 2 x set-up could do with a change (per your preferences). Some creaking developed.
