Riassunto
The Norco Sight is a modern enduro bike praised for its aggressive geometry, providing excellent stability and confidence on steep, rough descents. It offers a planted and composed ride with superb traction, though it can feel sluggish on climbs and in tight terrain. The suspension is highly tunable and effective, but some setups may require fine-tuning to avoid bottoming out.
Aggressive and modern geometry for stability and confidence
Excellent traction and composed ride on descents
Highly tunable suspension with good small-bump compliance
Size-specific frame construction for optimal fit
Good value for money with durable frame details
Feels sluggish and less nimble on climbs and flat terrain
Can be cumbersome in tight switchbacks and technical sections
Some suspension setups may feel harsh or require frequent adjustments
Heavier weight compared to some competitors
Issues with cable rattle and inadequate frame protection in some models
The traction this bike creates is superb, letting you point it down with the knowledge that it won’t buck you, and lean it over with confidence that it will hook up and support you through the turn
It certainly isn’t the most nimble bike she has ever ridden, but it is the most stable.
Norco has made the new Sight less of an all-rounder and more of a heavy hitter, but it’ll deal with anything you can throw at it.
This bike is seriously planted on the descents.
The Norco Sight C1 29 is one of the best bikes on the market for those who are out to have fun.

The new Sight is looking a whole lot rowdier
Geometry that’s proportional to frame size means both tall and short riders can enjoy an optimum riding position
Suspension keeps the bike glued to the ground
Canary yellow and black looks awesome!
Rear suspension can feel a little harsh when pushed deeper into its stroke

Norco’s Sight lands squarely between the Optic and Range, putting it technically in the “All Mountain” category and making it the most bread and butter mountain bike in the Canadian brand’s lineup – you could say it’s the closest thing they have to a one and done bike. The Sight is available in either wheel size, with aluminum or carbon fiber frames in a broad range of spec levels for both men’s and women’s models. Norco even offers a “build your ride” custom option as well as a frameset. This Spring I spent some time on the C1 version with

Will the increased wheel size and travel eqaute to more fun on the new Norco Sight A2 29? Long and low geometry with increased reach and slacker head angle.
Size-specific geometry and dropper post, excellent value for money and a breeze to set up
Hard grips, 60a front tyre and packing quite a few extra pounds

We've spent months hammering on Norco's radical all-mountain bike, get the full rundown on how it held up.

The Sight hit the gym and came back beefed up for 2020, with 150mm of travel and a 64-degree head angle.
Very versatile – not just focused on the steepest, roughest trails
Wide range of spec options allows for customization
The geometry – it has that 'just right' feeling that you want while climbing and descending
Needs a little extra attention to quiet it down
It can take time to dial in the rear suspension; hard-chargers might find themselves needing to run less sag than usual to avoid bottoming out.
