Il fattore Q è stato ridotto, ed è identico a quello di una trasmissione XT da 168mm. Offre 5 livelli di assistenza (Eco, Tour, Active, Sport e Power) con un rapporto massimo del 360%. Set to Power, the Full-E+ has enough poke that even on quite steep climbs you can sit back and let the bike do the heavy lifting, pedalling gently to activate the assist.
