La Canyon Grail è una bici da gravel tra le più riconoscibili sul mercato grazie al manubrio a “doppio ponte” che la caratterizza nel design e tecnicamente. Il telaio di questa versione è in carbonio e si posiziona nel mezzo tra la Grail in alluminio più economica e la Grail CF SLX il cui telaio pesa circa 200gr in meno della versione SL. Le altre caratteristiche tecniche sono identiche, dalla geometria, al movimento centrale (PF86), ai perni dei freni 12×140 e 12x100mm con attacco Flatmount, che ormai sono lo standard.
