Riassunto
The Canyon Aeroad is widely praised as a fast and efficient aero road bike that balances speed with surprising comfort. It features a stiff frame for responsive handling and acceleration, while the D-shaped seatpost and compliant design provide a smoother ride than many competitors. Reviewers highlight its excellent value and direct-to-consumer pricing, though some note it may not be the most comfortable or stiffest option in its class.
Fast and efficient aero performance
Excellent value for money
Surprisingly comfortable for an aero bike
Stiff and responsive handling
Improved braking with disc versions
Not the most comfortable in rough conditions
Integrated cockpit limits adjustability
Deep rims can be susceptible to crosswinds
Some models feel harsh over road imperfections
The Aeroad is a superbly done bike that straddles the line between fast and comfortable.Bicycling
Acceleration on the Aeroad is near telepathic.
Simply put, the Aeroad CF SLX Disc is a joy to ride at higher speeds, and it's quantitatively easier to maintain a brisk pace.
If you keep silent for a minute, you'll hear the Canyon Aeroad screaming for speed!

The Canyon Aeroad CF SLX is widely regarded as one of the top aero road bikes on the market, and the company recently expanded the model’s capabilities by adding disc-brake versions last year. In another truly long-term test, CyclingTips US technical editor James Huang has spent more than a year on a mid-range 8.0 Di2 […]

Speed is nothing without control. That’s exactly why Canyon’s aero-monster is now available with disc brakes. How does the Canyon Aeroad CF SLX Disc 9.0 Di2 stand up against the climbing specialists and all-rounders of our test? Will the aerodynamic DNA of the Aeroad pave its road to GRAN FONDO success?
