BMC brought out a new Roadmachine for the 2020 model year, with updates all around. Set as their all-around performance or "endurance" road bike, it is less aggressive than the Teammachine, and targeted at a more general audience - but with all the performance you could ask for. We took delivery of a size 58 test model to get more familiar with its behavior.

Il segmento Gravel/Adventure sembra essere sempre più consolidato, ed anche l’azienda svizzera BMC non si fa mancare un modello. La Roadmachine X sfrutta i concetti di base sviluppati con la Roadmachine stradale, bici endurance in carbonio, declinandoli su un telaio in alluminio, montaggio monocorona, possibilità di montare parafanghi e portapacchi e possibilità di montare copertoni sino a 34mm. Questo rende chiaro che la Roadmachine X non sia un modello “puramente” gravel, ma più una bici versatile a 360°, compreso il commuting e gli spostamenti urbani. Cosa che BMC ha voluto sottolineare, definendo la Roadmachine X un completamento della gamma Roadmachine,
