Résumé

The Yeti ARC is celebrated for its modern geometry and versatile performance, blending the efficiency of a hardtail with the capabilities of a full-suspension bike. It excels in climbing and technical ascents, offering a stable and playful ride on smooth trails, though it may show limitations on rougher terrains. The bike's design and build quality are frequently praised, alongside its quiet ride and excellent traction, despite some concerns over its high price and bottom-bracket height.

It’s Yeti’s realisation of what a hardcore hardtail should be; slack, low and a hell of a lot of fun.

Tested: Yeti ARC

avr. 2021

The concept of the mountain bike hardtail has evolved greatly over the span of the sport’s (relatively) brief history. Yeti ARC T1: first ride review - MBR

sept. 2020 · James Bracey

With its latest hardtail - the Yeti ARC T1 - this iconic brand reimagines one of its retro classics for the modern era. If only the pricing was retro too...

Points forts
  • Geometry and handling of a full suspension trail bike makes it far more capable than many hardtails. Low weight induces less fatigue on long rides. Wickedly fun down any trail.

Points faibles
  • Sometimes you only remember it’s a hardtail when it’s too late. Nearly £5k is strong money for a hardtail.

First Impressions: Yeti ARC Hardtail

août 2020

Not all progressive trail hardtails have to be grotesque caricatures of modern geometry. The Yeti ARC is shreddy, but in an accessible sort of way.

Well, if you were hoping that Yeti would eventually release more modest builds of their newest hardtail, you’re in luck – the Yeti ARC is now back […]
