Vitus Nucleus 29 VR (2020) review

févr. 2020 · Tom Marvin

Top-value frame and spec that perform brilliantly on the trail, but no local bike shop support

Points forts
  • Excellent tyre combo gives plenty of confidence and control on a wide range of tracks

  • Fork performs well and is easy to set up

  • Geometry has the perfect mix of stability and agility for fun handling

Points faibles
  • I’d love to see this bike ready to accept a bolt-thru rear axle for easy wheel upgrading

Vitus Nucleus VR - MBR

déc. 2019 · Alan Muldoon

What can we say about the Vitus Nucleus 27 VR that’s not been said? As winner of this test four years in a row, its accolades say everything.

Points forts
  • Ride quality and build kit belie its price tag

Points faibles
  • Still no clutch mech to help keep the chain on
