Résumé
The Vitus Zenium is a race-oriented bike that combines performance with comfort, offering a carbon frame and fork, efficient Shimano groupsets, and hydraulic disc brakes across various builds. It's praised for its aggressive geometry, comfortable ride quality, and value for money, though some note the weight and wheels as areas for improvement. The bike excels in handling and efficiency, making it a strong contender in its category.
Carbon frame and fork for lightweight durability
Efficient Shimano groupsets with wide gear ranges
Hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power
Aggressive geometry for aero efficiency
Comfortable ride quality suitable for long distances
Heavier than some competitors
Wheels may require upgrading for optimal performance
Firmer ride compared to some endurance bikes
Hydraulic disc braking is the gold standard in stopping power.
A bike that's comfortable without being slow, climbs with ease despite not being feather-light and is always fun to ride
This really is a step-change for a £1,000 bike.

The Vitus Zenium CRI is a great bike for the money and one that any rider should be happy on for all-out efforts and all day rides alike
Climbs well
Great handling
All day comfort
Reasonable value for a Di2-equipped bike
Strong aesthetic
If some weight could be shaved off it would excel
Di2 junction box should be hidden away and cabling tidied up

Vitus specs the Zenium CR with a full Shimano 105 hydraulic groupset
105 groupset for 11 speeds
Wide tyres help smooth the road
105 hydraulic braking is powerful and effective
Rather lacklustre wheels
Highish weight

Plenty of speed and performance married to neutral handling, a bike that anyone can ride fast
