There’s a lot to like about the Roscoe but it really needs tyres with more bite if it’s to fly the coop.

If you want a fun, all-round trail hardtail without breaking the bank, the Roscoe 9 hits the spot.

Trek Roscoe 6 review - MBR

juil. 2019 · Paul Burwell

Trek Roscoe 6 is a plus bike with 120mm travel fork, a bolt through axle, and an aluminium frame that wouldn’t look out of place on a £1,000 hardtail.

Points forts
  • Top quality frame, large volume tyres add comfort

Points faibles
  • Lacks zip and the tyres lack edge for carving

Trek Roscoe 9 first ride review

juil. 2018 · Guy Kesteven

The big tyres also hide the primitive fork damping pretty well, and while the geometry isn’t radical (a 68-degree head angle, 440mm reach and 1,155mm wheelbase on the large), you can properly rag the Trek on natural trails or nurtured red routes.. .

Trek Roscoe 9 review

avr. 2018

Trek's Roscoe 9 marries an aluminium frame with trail riding orientated geometry to chubby 2.8" Plus tyres on 27.5" rims. While it doesn't jam in as much value as direct sales rivals, it more than makes up for that with a fun, refined ride and coherent kit list.
