Trek Remedy 7 review

avr. 2019

The Trek Remedy 7 is a long travel trail bike that sets a great standard for this category of bike. It’s reasonably well priced for a ‘shop bought’ bike, providing a nimble ride that will put a smile on your face. It's probably not the fastest bike you'll ride but it is a lot of fun!

Trek Remedy 8 27.5 Women’s review - MBR

nov. 2018 · Mountain Bike Rider

Laura Bailey saddles up her new Trek Remedy 8 27.5 Women's in a bid to ascertain whether or not women's specific rigs are worth it.

Points forts
  • Well specced components meant no need for immediate upgrades.

  • Haven’t even noticed that it’s an alloy frame.

  • Standard Issue Bontrager Tyres have only let me down in the deepest of mud.

Points faibles
  • Matt finishing touches on the frame scuff too easily.

  • Women’s finishing kit was pointless and a token effort.

  • SRAM Guide R Brakes needed bleeding a couple of times.

The frame is taut, responsive and accurate when you load it hard into a turn or hop from line to line, and the low-slung bottom bracket (in the low setting) means its surefooted through the corners.. .
