Résumé
The Specialized Enduro is celebrated for its versatility across both climbing and descending, with reviewers highlighting its agile geometry, supple suspension, and the choice between 650b and 29er wheel sizes. Its design philosophy aims to blend the acceleration of a light trail bike with the rough terrain capability of a mini-DH bike. While praised for its performance, some critiques include the weight of aluminum frames and the preference for different dropper post options.
Agile geometry and supple suspension performance
Choice between 650b and 29er wheel sizes for varied riding preferences
Blends acceleration of a light trail bike with rough terrain capability
Improved rollover over 26-inch wheels
Top-notch spec and reliable components
Aluminum frames considered heavy by some
Preference for infinite-dropper post over three-position Command Post
650b version may slouch in travel during climbs
"The 29er has the shortest rear end out there, shreds corners and eats rocks and roots alive."
"Bigger is better – with 650b and 29 options the rider can choose how big is right for them."
"Specialized’s Enduro 29 is proof that long travel 29ers really can work"
"The Enduro Elite is a very capable descender"
"What a bike! The Specialized Enduro 650b impresses with fantastic suspension performance and outstanding handling."

[ad3] Last week Specialized brought us up to the Sunshine Coast in Canada for an exclusive first ride on their new 2017 Enduro. Our first day was chock full of laps at the pristine trails at Coast Gravity Park. Our second day was spent on some of the local natural terrain offerings which consisted of a variety of mixed singletrack. We rode the top level, 27.5″ wheeled S-Works Carbon during both days. We took off from Vancouver airport and landed at the Painted Boat Resort via float plane. Nestled in Madeira Park, BC it’s in a beautiful part of the sunshine coast and

This year the American bike brand Specialized was not represented at Eurobike for the first time, and instead presented its new products before the show. Amongst them was the brand new Enduro 650b, which replaces the successful 26″ model. S-Works models have one thing in common at Specialized: they represent the peak of the relevant […]
