Résumé
The Kona Process 111 is celebrated for its balanced and stable geometry, making it a blast to ride with beautiful cornering and line-holding capabilities. It's noted for its maniacally fun descending and efficient climbing, thanks to short chainstays, though some find its extra heft a drawback. The bike's suspension, with RockShox Pike RC 120 and Monarch RT, handles bumps well, but the limited rear travel can be overwhelmed at high speeds.
Balanced and stable geometry
Beautiful cornering and line-holding
Maniacally fun descending
Efficient climbing with short chainstays
Effective suspension for bump absorption
Limited rear travel at high speeds
Extra heft hampers climbing
Aggressive feel may be too much for some terrains
The geometry chart pretty much guarantees that this thing is going to be a blast to ride
Progressive spec and geometry combined with short travel efficiency and big wheel rollover sounds like an irresistible recipe to us.
The Process 111 rivals the same generation of Honzo ST as Kona's all-time cult hit of a bicycle.

The Kona Process 111 is the big-wheeled bike in the Process lineup, and it's a much more capable rig than its 111-milimeters of rear-wheel travel suggests.
