Resumen
The Cannondale F-Si is a high-performance cross-country bike praised for its lightweight carbon frame, efficient power transfer, and responsive handling. The updated Lefty Ocho fork offers precise steering and forgiveness in technical sections, though it may feel harsh at lower speeds. While the bike excels in racing and technical terrain, its high price and proprietary components are notable drawbacks.

This is a bike built for the privateer cross country or endurance racer.Bicycling
Cannondale calls their trail-ready XC geometry OutFront, with a longer front end, slack head angle & lower trail combined with short 427mm chainstays.
Freakishly fast and ferociously focused XC weapon
If this bike was a dog, it would be a whippet, the sort of dog that needs a coat when it’s cold, and has legs that look impossibly skinny, and doesn’t make sense at all until you see it in motion, when everything comes together in a blur of blinding speed that it’s hard not to respect.

Fast, composed and damn-good looking, Cannondale's F-Si Carbon 3 proves the hardtail concept is anything but dead
Stealthy aesthetics
Impressive ride quality
Telepathic handling dynamics
Decent spec level
Could be lighter

Uniquely-forked, arse-kicking ultralight XC racer but not for the faint-hearted or under-financed. Buy if you want a fast and ferocious XC racer
Unique fork and wishlist kit spec make it a real head turner, seriously light yet stiff enough to track hard, well-controlled but lightweight fork, nicely balanced between max power delivery and reasonable punishment
Unique features can create spares issues, high cost goes with the territory, not the lightest frame, fork or off-the-peg bike

Before the World Cup XC racing in Albstadt, we put in some first rides on Cannondale's next gen carbon XC hardtail & its all-new single crown Lefty fork. Built as an ultimate hardtail for steep & technically challenging modern courses, we turned some hot laps on the World Cup track, riding with the bike's design team.
